The actual interior of the dead god is hollow. Some have tunneled through the Skin (about 200-300' thick) and now live on the other side, where gravity is reversed. Perpetually dark there. Inhabited mostly by exiles and refugees from the Underdarks of other planes. A sizable population of duergar.
