Ark of Fools MUX: NPC Page
On the Skin:
- The Ancient: The first and only ruler of Armaz-Daka. He appears
as an old human man, with wispy white hair and beard, age-mottled skin brown
and wrinkled like a walnut, skin, and blank blind eyes. He walks with a wooden
staff, but rumor says he is not really blind, or has sorcerous means of vision.
Stories say that he was driven away in exile from his home (some world on
the Material Plane) where he was the heir to the empire. He never got over it.
He keeps trying to go back and conquer it. But they are really powerful and
keep defeating him. The most recent time this happened was about ten years
ago. His device (worn by all the Sworn) is a silver key on a circular field of
black, bordered by a golden vine.
- The Radiant Eye

the High Priestess of the Silver Key (the Ancient's cult).

Ancient, who saved her life and taught her much. At least, that's what she
says.

bard. She does more diplomatic than musical stuff. She is sent to 'entertain'

really more for political stuff, giving commands/suggestions/threats, etc.
